When you sign in using Sign in with Apple, Apple provides us with:

This information is used solely to create and manage your Ankrank account and is securely stored using Firebase Authentication.

Important clarifications:

  • We do not receive or store your Apple ID password

  • We do not receive your full Apple ID

  • We do not have access to your Apple account outside Ankrank


2.2 Gameplay & Usage Data

To enable competitive features such as ratings, rankings, medals, and scorecards, we collect and store gameplay-related data, including:

  • Game scores and results

  • Speed and accuracy metrics

  • World rating and leaderboard position

  • Medals, achievements, and progression

  • Game session timestamps

  • Basic app preferences (such as selected modes or levels)

This data is required to maintain fair competition, calculate rankings, and display results correctly.


2.3 Subscription Information

If you purchase an Ankrank monthly subscription, Apple provides us with limited subscription-related information, including:

  • Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled)

  • Receipt verification data for validation purposes

We never collect or store:

  • Credit card details

  • Billing addresses

  • Payment method information

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store.


2.4 Automatically Collected Technical Data

For security, stability, and performance purposes, we may collect limited technical data such as:

  • Device type and operating system version

  • App version

  • Anonymous crash logs or error diagnostics

This data does not identify you personally and is used only to improve app reliability and prevent abuse.

  • Sign in with Apple – account authentication

  • Firebase (Google) – authentication, databases, and security

  • Apple In-App Purchases – subscription payments

7. Subscription & Payments

All subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store.

You may:

  • View subscription status

  • Cancel or renew subscriptions

  • Manage billing

directly from your Apple ID settings. Ankrank cannot modify subscriptions on your behalf.

We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide services.

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion request:

  • Your Apple user identifier is removed

  • All associated gameplay data is permanently deleted

Some non-identifiable technical logs may be retained temporarily for security or legal compliance.
