General

What is Ankrank?

Ankrank is a competitive math game where quick mental calculations are turned into fast, timed challenges. Players compete globally based on speed, accuracy, and consistency.

If your question is not answered here, use the support page to report a technical issue.

Is Ankrank a learning or tutoring app?

No. Ankrank does not provide lessons, explanations, or practice drills. It is designed purely for competitive gameplay and performance measurement.

Who can play Ankrank?

Anyone who enjoys mental challenges and competition. There are no age-based or regional divisions. All players compete under the same rules.

Gameplay

How do Ankrank sessions work?

Each session consists of short, timed math challenges. Problems appear continuously, and your responses are evaluated in real time. Rankings update while you are playing.

Are all players solving the same questions?

Problems are drawn from standardized difficulty pools to ensure fairness. Exact sequences may vary, but difficulty and scoring rules remain consistent for all players.

Is there a practice mode?

No. Ankrank does not include practice or training modes. All gameplay contributes to performance measurement.

Can I pause a session?

No. Sessions run continuously once started. This is intentional and part of the competitive design.

Ranking & Progression

How is my rank calculated?

Rank is based on:

  • Response speed
  • Accuracy
  • Consistency across sessions

Performance is measured objectively. There are no hidden bonuses or manual adjustments.

Why did my rank drop even though I answered correctly?

Ankrank uses relative ranking. If other players perform faster or more accurately during the same period, your position may drop even if your answers are correct.

Can my rank be reset?

No. Rankings reflect ongoing performance. There are no resets or fresh starts.

What are leagues?

Leagues group players by performance level. Advancing requires maintaining a minimum rating. Falling below that threshold results in demotion.

What are medals?

Medals mark performance milestones. They are earned through sustained results and may be revoked if performance declines.

Fair Play

Does Ankrank monitor cheating?

Yes. The platform monitors abnormal input patterns, automation, and other behavior that undermines fair competition.

Can I appeal a ban or restriction?

Appeals are reviewed only if there is evidence of a system error. Support does not reverse enforcement actions without verifiable proof.

Technical Issues

What should I do if the app crashes or freezes?

Restart the app and ensure you are using the latest version. If the issue persists, submit a support report with your User ID and details of the issue.

What if my input doesn’t register?

Check your connection and device responsiveness. If the issue appears to be a system error, report it through the support page.

Can incorrect answers be corrected?

No. Once an answer is submitted, it cannot be changed.

Accounts & Data

Do I need an account to play?

Yes. An account is required to track rankings, leagues, and performance history.

Is my personal data safe?

Ankrank uses submitted data only for gameplay, ranking, and platform integrity. Personal information is not sold or shared.

What information is public?

Usernames, rankings, leagues, and performance metrics relevant to competition are visible. Personal details are not.
